Roztoky Carnival (Czech Republic)

In January and February, 2018, we were invited by Sdružení Roztoč in Roztoky, outside of Prague, Czech Republic to lead a two-week giant lantern making workshop. We worked with about 10 local artists, performers and community participants to make an illuminated ensemble of roosters and chickens. Each participant made a lantern egg, a lantern mask and helped with the giant Rooster puppet.
