Barn Owl
Enter the gentle world of the silent owl and her human guide as they make their way through the expansive sky. The barn owl glides above the heads of the crowd whilst the caller encourages her to stop to share words of owl wisdom, and greetings with the crowd. Who knows? They might have their own special dance that they can share with you.
Barn Owl With her majestic 5 metre wingspan, is sure to create a stir with her impressive fly-past.
Primarily a night-time lantern act, the two may also be seen out flying during the daytime or in the magical hours of dusk, perhaps their favourite time of all.
Barn Owl was created and constructed by Kathy and Andrew Kim with Reyyan Hammad, Melissa Pettitt and Ben Gabel as a commission for Chester Zoo and Wild Rumpus.
